How do I make a booking?
Search for a hotel, choose the right option and click "Book". Confirmation is done via an SMS code sent to your phone number.
How do I pay?
You can pay via Click, Payme, Uzcard, Humo or cash. The payment method is selected during booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking in the "My bookings" section of your account. Refund terms depend on the selected fare.
How do bonuses work?
Bonuses are earned for every booking. Accumulated bonuses can be used on future bookings.
